1. Why does the center guideline not print correctly?

Are you entering a zero in front of the decimal point? Example: 0.25 or -0.25.
Try setting the printer margins to none or zero.

2. What is the best way to print my recipes?

1. Print the recipes yourself.
You can purchase an adjustable three hole punch and paper cutter for less then $20.00 at most office supply stores such as OfficeMax, Staples, and Office Depot.

2. Go to a well equipped small/quick print shop such as Kinko's. They should be able to print, cut, and punch the sheets.

3. What is the best paper to use?

Standard 20lb copy/printer paper works well. If you would like better paper there are some more expensive alternatives such as "Ruff-N-Tuff" and "Power Paper" available at Graytex paper..
